How do I get started?

Please choose the ‘Order’ tab above to begin placing your order.

Are meal plans recurring?

Yes. Meal plans are subscriptions and charges will recur weekly, fortnightly, every 3 weeks or every 4 weeks, based on billing preferences.

Do I have to be home for delivery? What if something happens to my delivery?

Preferably yes. However, we will offer contactless delivery, upon specific written instructions. Our delivery team will place your bag and meals in your designated delivery spot, preferably in a cooler provided by yourself. Once delivered, a notification will be sent to the email and phone number linked to the account. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for deliveries once they have reached their destination.

Can deliveries be paused or placed on hold?

Yes. Please choose ‘Subscription’ on the left. From here, you can pause an upcoming delivery. Once paused, a prepaid delivery day will automatically be added to the end of your subscription.

How do I cancel a subscription?

You may cancel a subscription from your profile. This means that your subscription will not be renewed automatically.

Can deliveries be paused indefinitely?

Yes. In this case, please send request to members@planh.mt. An email confirmation will be sent once paused indefinitely. Any refunds due to this indefinite pause will be given in the form of a credit in your wallet on the Plan H account, which will be used upon resuming the subscription.

When do I have to order by?

We cook everything fresh to order. Therefore, you may place your order up to 10am the day before in case of Tuesday to Saturday. In cases, of Sundays, Mondays and Public Holidays, orders are accepted up to 10am the weekday before.
